Send User Error Report to Admin

In the event that a user experiences an unknown system error in Access Manager (this could be a misconfiguration issue or a problem with the vm or hardware the vm is running on) they can choose to send details of the error to the main system Admin by clicking the 'Report Error' link. (see image below).

This will help to source and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, the Admin will receive an email containing details of the error including logging information that will help fix the problem quickly.
