Failed to load scopes from access point. Error.


Problem: When using mobile app you receive the error "Failed to load scopes from access point. Error."

Solution: This can happen if you don't have the correct IP range configured.



  1. Go to Configuration → Remote Access → Expand Remote Access.
  2. Under 'API Allowed Networks' make sure that the correct IP range is in use or try using an * which means allow all.
  3. Also check that the 'enable mobile site' check box is checked.
  4. Also set internal and external URLs.
